Our website redesign for Akxum started with a detailed immersion/kickoff session. We needed to understand the company’s needs and ‘who’ the perfect target audience was. We used this session to pinpoint how prospective clients would interact with the site and how it would motivate them to take action.

We built the site with the goal of improving lead generation. Lead generation forms were integrated into all high-traffic pages. Leads were automatically emailed to the team and added to the company’s CRM for follow-up and further communications. In addition to forms, we integrated with the Better Business Bureau to establish trust amongst prospective clients.  Akxum also wanted to ensure its clients have access to the necessary financial resources, so we did a custom integration with Akxum’s financial services partner, so clients would have a seamless way of securing finances all in one place.
