01. The Situation
The owner of Privy Place was at the beginning phase of taking the platform to market. At this stage, there were many market unknowns and information needed to help the leadership team make an informed decision. As such, the company needed detailed market research conducted to help them see clearly and determine the best approach for marketing the platform.
